Bidders must use the specified bid form which can be obtained in the Purchasing Office.

Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Surplus". Submit bids to the Purchsing Deparment, Bay Metro Transit, 1510 N. Johnson Street, Bay City, MI 48708, by the date specified.

Bay Metro Transit makes no representations as to the condition and/or quality of these items, which are offered for sale "AS IS/WHERE IS".

Bay Metro Transit reserves the right to reject any/all bids it deems unresponsive.
